The Personal Hygiene Training organized by the HOPE Community Centre in late February was a resounding success. Participants (kids) discussed the significance of maintaining good personal hygiene. The training emphasized that cleanliness is not only a matter of personal well-being but also a fundamental step toward a healthier life. Key topics covered included proper handwashing techniques, oral hygiene practices, and the importance of regularly brushing the teeth. By practicing good hygiene, individuals reduce the risk of infections and contribute to overall health and well-being.
It was a heartwarming sight to see them embrace the practices of good hygiene and good habits that promise a healthier future for all.
Thank you so much, HOPE nurse Mr. Khen, who always supports and is a good trainer at all times for The HOPE Community Centre.
