There are many ways that people can achieve success!
For those who do not fit into the general Government Education system then vocational training is an alternative option for them to learn a skill that allows them to get a well-paying job.
Recently, we had two teenage girls who started studying under HOPE’s Skills-Based Training Program. One studying Hair and Beauty Salon and the other attending Cooking Classes.
Both are at our NGO partner, Caritas Cambodia for 6 months.
They both enjoy class and study hard at school to reach their goals with in the six months.
HOPE Social Workers visit them each month to follow up and consult with them seeing if they have any concerns or decisions that need to be made. They are receiving very good feedback from their teachers and from the school principal that they are doing very well and are fast learners.
Trying hard is the best way to be successful.
