Recently, our social worker visited the community to conduct a series of family assessments for our ongoing Community Assistance Program.
During the process, our Social Welfare Manager joined the local government authority to ensure transparency and collaboration. The assessment was conducted according to HfCCF’s criteria, enabling us to identify families that meet our standards for support.
We sincerely thank the local authority for their dedication and hard work in assisting vulnerable families. Together, we are building hope and creating opportunities for those who need it most.
