HOPE held a full-day seminar on the Dissemination Workshop on HIV/AIDS Care and Management in Cambodia facilitated by HOPE’s partner, Battambang Department of Health. Mr Peter Butler, In-Country Director, gave a welcome speech to the facilitators and Dr. Sou Sanith gave a short remark about the importance of this workshop. All of the participants learned about the transmission of HIV in Cambodia, about the care and treatment of HIV and about the laws regarding HIV in Cambodia. There were many questions asked during the training which kept the workshop very interesting.
The participants have gained a lot of understanding and knowledge about this importance concern in Cambodia.
