Every month, our nurse and social worker visit families in the Prevention of Mother-to-Child Transmission Program (PMTCT) after they collect milk formula at the HOPE Community Centre. These home visits ensure babies are healthy, homes are clean, and families feel supported. The nurse checks on the baby’s health and offers helpful advice to the mother and caregivers.
