Prevention Mother to Child Transmission_Case Closed

After 18 months of support from HOPE for Cambodian Children Foundation (HfCCF), the family of Sokun Thean and Srey Nich, these cases closed from the PMTCT program. Their child is healthy, strong, and developing well. Regular check‑ups confirmed no health concerns, while the mother maintained good health through consistent medical visits. With guidance from HfCCF staff and the local authority, the family improved nutrition and hygiene and created a safe home environment. Despite the challenges, they worked diligently to earn income and provide for their child, improving their living conditions and quality of life.
