This support will transform the life of Mrs Chhoeurm, a 64-year-old mother caring for 22 family members under one fragile roof. For years, her family has endured unsafe shelter and scarce food, yet their unity and resilience have remained unbroken.
Thanks to Mr Noble’s kindness, they will soon have a safe home—a place of dignity, protection, and hope.
